What We Do?

As a customer of Ycc Cars Ltd we will introduce you to one of our finance partners.  To enable us to do this we may have introduce you to one or more of our lenders.

Credit checks may appear on your credit file lodged by organisations with whom you have not dealt with directly.  Please thoroughly check your finance agreement to make sure it is what has been agreed.

Do I Need to pay for your help? 

No, we take no payment from you for this.  A lender or credit broker, however, may pay us for introducing you to them. 

Can you give me independent financial advice?

No we can’t.  We are not independent financial advisors and so are unable to give you any independent financial advice.

If I wish to complain about your service, what can I do? 

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us at sales@ycccars.co.uk detailing the full aspect of your complaint.
